We visited Summit North as the first stop on our trip to bring Squander up to Cape Cod in June 2012. The marina has a lot of dockage (all floating), which is currently being replaced one dock at a time with new floats. The docks are well sheltered, as the land rises perhaps 20 feet starting right at the shoreline (in a heavy windstorm this year, there was tree damage all around the marina and power loss, but nothing reached the marina or boats). We had a minimum of eight feet of water throughout. The fee was $2.75 per foot, which included shore power and use of the showers. There's a good restaurant at the top of the hill.
